Hi, I’m Kimee!

Holistic Practitioner

I am a holistic wellness professional with an education from the Trinity School of Natural Health. I’m a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP) and an internationally recognized 200-hour experienced Yoga Instructor (E-RYT), certified in trauma/PTSD, and addiction and recovery through YogaFit®. My goal is to holistically improve the wellness of others — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

My journey into holistic practices began after years of frustration in dealing with modern medicine. When doctors were unable to address my health challenges, I sought answers from more traditional and naturopathic remedies. With research and a complete understanding of how our bodies, minds, and spirits work cohesively to balance our health, I was able to find relief from issues that had caused years of distress. My intuition and compassion for healthy lifestyles have guided many out of the darkness and into the light. It warms my heart to see those in my care continuously on the mend from their physical and emotional issues, such as aches and pains, trauma, digestive issues, skin disorders, etc.

How I work with you

The first step is to complete an intake form (see “intake form… start here” on the Services page). This lets me learn more about you and what you would like to accomplish with my professional help. I will thoroughly explore your case, getting to the root causes of your health challenges. I will assess your individual needs to help you create long-term sustainable solutions for your body, your mind, and your spirit.

The second step is scheduling an initial session, which we can have over the phone, via Zoom, FaceTime, or we can meet in person. At this session, I will require photos of your eyes, face, tongue, and/or nails. I work closely with you to customize a wellness plan to help you achieve your best possible health and happiness. We will also schedule your consultation appointment at this time.

The next step, after I have a thorough understanding of your day-to-day life, history, and conditions from the completed intake form, plus the various photos, is to prepare recommendations for you that will serve as your foundation for health at all levels. This takes me several hours to complete so we will discuss your plan at your consultation appointment.

Finally, a follow-up session, which we will schedule at your consultation appointment. Follow-up sessions are necessary and typically occur within 1-3 months of the consultation. The number of sessions will depend on the severity of your issues and how long you’ve had them. We will slowly make lifestyle changes to incorporate better choices for prevention and longevity. Many health issues take years to develop so it’s not practical to think they will clear up within one or two sessions.

Why See

a Holistic Wellness

Professional

When working with me, I address the whole person, not just a symptom. I work with clients of all ages who are seeking safe, non-invasive, effective solutions for their health challenges, getting to the root of their issues. Our bodies have the potential to heal themselves and release emotions that have been shoved deep down inside, causing us physical distress. I utilize your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body, diet, family history, environment, and lifestyle as these impact all aspects of your life for prevention and longevity. I can help you find a balance between the body, mind, and spirit to obtain the best health possible.

Everybody is unique with specific needs for their body, which makes my personalized wellness plan customized just for you, helping you to live and sustain a happier, balanced life.

“We have to FEEL those things we’d rather avoid… otherwise, it causes physical pain and anguish.” -Kimee Massie
