Services offered & Explained

  • You will need to refer to the Bristol Stool Chart to match your elimination description. This necessary information, gathered when you choose a package, helps us work safely and effectively as it’s relevant information that lets me learn more about you and what you would like to accomplish with my professional help.

  • This is done after you’ve completed and returned my intake form and selected your package. This is where I collect some photos from you to assess any health concerns further and do the pH testing and MRT. These sessions are typically 30 minutes long.

  • This is done after I have a thorough understanding of your history, and lifestyle, and have assessed your various photos. Consultations include a thorough discussion of your health, a nutritional assessment, a toxicity assessment, and your wellness plan. These are typically 30-45 minutes long and include a 30-minute follow-up session at a later date.

  • This will be done within 1-3 months of our consultation. This session allows us to reassess the previous recommendations and monitor your progress. We may or may not need to make adjustments, depending on your results.

    Additional follow-up sessions are available if necessary. The first one is included in your package selection.

  • Our health, mood, and longevity depend on our daily nourishment. Over time we can wreak havoc on our body’s systems from the lifestyle choices we make. We accumulate toxins from certain foods, personal care products, medications, the air we breathe, and more. Knowing what to eat can be a challenge and a bit overwhelming.

    Food is medicine and greatly impacts our body, mind, and spirit. Good nutrition is vital for optimal health, and emotional balance. Food can help to reverse our health issues when used properly. Based on your intake form, I offer customized recommendations that will support your body’s systems. I treat the whole person, not just a symptom, implementing long-term sustainable solutions to obtain optimal health and well-being.

  • Our emotions and moods can lead to altered food choices, resulting in overeating and obesity. Stress can also add extra weight in the mid-section from an overproduction of cortisol from our adrenals.

    We will look at your cravings and determine if you are experiencing physical or emotional hunger. There are several techniques available to help release our deep-rooted emotions and distress.

    If you’ve experienced the “yo-yo diet,” you may also have a toxin overload, due to years of eating processed foods, taking medications, personal care products, etc.

    Based on your unique needs and situation, at our initial session, we can discuss which option(s) would be most appropriate for you.

  • When you suffer from physical issues that don’t seem to heal from traditional medicine, those physical issues may be from deep-rooted emotional distress and imbalance. Trauma and emotions are not only stored in the brain but are also held within our cells, tissues, and organs until we learn to release and let them go.     I will work with you to help you uncover these buried emotions and release them, often alleviating these symptoms. Based on your unique needs and situation, at our initial session, we can discuss which option(s) would be most appropriate for you.

  • This is a simple non-invasive technique. It is a reflex evaluation that helps to correlate which areas of your body may need support. Small but measurable and documented electrical currents flow through the body and along the skin in specific channels. This produces an electromagnetic field around the body (like a cell phone's antenna allowing wireless communication). This current in your body affects the muscles and their responses. These same electrical characteristics of the body allow me to see where the potential distress or weakness is. To do this, I gently press down on your extended arm while you hold it in place. With your permission, I can do this remotely as well.

  • Iridology shows us genetic signs in the iris that point toward potential health issues due to tissue weakness. The iris relays messages to us through the reflex action of approximately 28,000 nerve endings from the body to the eye.

    It is one of the best assessment tools available to discover which areas of the body are genetically strong and which are deficient, making it a powerful tool in working for preventive health care.

    I will need a photo of your eye(s), done at our initial session so that I can also provide you with a nutrition plan based on your eye type.

  • I use observation skills according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and assess photos of your face, tongue, and/or nails. Lines and markings on these areas have both physical and emotional meanings and correlate with different organs and capabilities throughout the body.

    I will collect these photos at our initial session. If you are uncomfortable doing these, you can opt-out.

  • I test both urine and saliva to see how efficiently your upper and lower digestion is functioning, how well minerals are accepted, if toxins are being absorbed, and which area(s) may need support. I will provide you with a nutrition plan and digestive support recommendations based on your pH levels.


    Directions for Collecting Saliva:

    Nothing in the mouth for 30 minutes before collecting the saliva. This includes water, gum, smoking, toothpaste, etc.

    Directions for Collecting Urine:

    Never use the first-morning void. The optimal time is 2 hours after a meal.

    If menstruating, you’re encouraged to wear a tampon.

  • It is recommended that you drink plenty of water before and after each session to help flush out toxins. The Ionic Foot Bath Detox supercharges your body with healthy negatively charged ions, assisting the body to rebalance and stimulate the natural detoxification process for overall health and well-being.

    During a 30-minute detox session, both feet are simply placed in a tub of warm water and all you have to do is sit back and relax. The main control unit converts AC electricity to low-power DC, which flows through an electrode called an array that sits in the water with your feet. Ions are then created when the electricity and the metal combine to split a water molecule from H20 into H+ and OH- ions. These ions travel through the body, finding damaged cells, such as free radicals, and neutralize them, pulling them out of the body through whatever skin surface is in contact with the water. As these accumulate in the water, the water will change colors, depending on what the machine removes. Everything from yeast to heavy metals can be seen in the water.   • I offer vinyasa, chair yoga, and trauma-healing yoga.

    Vinyasa connects the breath with movement, helping to “heal” the mental, emotional, and physical body.

    Chair yoga is slower-paced and uses a chair for support. It is great for those with difficulty getting up or down from the mat or with balance.

    Trauma-healing yoga is very slow movements, focusing on the breath, helping those who may battle depression, anxiety, alcoholism, drug addiction, PTSD, etc.

    Based on your unique needs and situation, at our initial session, we can discuss which option would be most appropriate for you.

  • Everyone accumulates emotional baggage throughout life. The energy of intense/traumatic events gets trapped in our bodies unless we release it. This can cause pain, disease, organ malfunction, and is highly associated with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, anxiety, as well as phobias. Stuck emotions can result in the inability to live a happy life.

    Using muscle testing (also known as applied kinesiology), I identify the trapped emotion(s) and release them by placing one hand over the heart to connect to the body, while the other hand swipes a therapeutic magnet over the governing meridian. I ask the client to connect with and visualize this emotion while intending to release the trapped emotion. 

    What to Expect Afterward:

    Often, symptoms disappear spontaneously when trapped emotions are released. Since we spend years accumulating these trapped emotions, multiple sessions are usually needed.
    The effects are immediately noticeable, both physically and emotionally. You may feel lighter, sensitive, irritable, or tired. These unpleasant effects are usually very mild and only last a day or so as the body can continue to release the imbalances and emotions.
