Chocolate Protein Bars

Made with my previous recipe of the Make-Your-Own Chocolate Protein Powder. These bars are no-bake and take no time to make!

Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Plant-Based, WFPB


Ingredients

  • 1 c nut butter

  • 1 c granola

  • 8 T make-your-own protein powder (see previous recipe)

  • 1/4 c almond flour

  • 1/2 T raw cacao

  • 1 t vanilla

  • 1/4 c pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 c raw slivered almonds

  • 1/4 c dried cherries

  • 1 t Himalayan pink salt

  • sprinkle of additional almonds, cherries, and flaky salt (optional toppings)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to form a thick dough.

Line an 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper. Press dough evenly into the dish and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Cut into 9-12 bars and store in the fridge for 5-6 days.
