SWEET POTATO BROWNIES
Delicious and nutritious brownies made with sweet potato puree, pure maple syrup, nut butter, raw cacao, coconut oil, and dairy-free chocolate chips.

Ingredients
1 c sweet potato purée
2/3 c pure maple syrup
1/2 c nut butter
1 t vanilla extract
1 ½ T coconut oil (melted)
1/2 c raw cocoa
1/4 t pink salt
1 t baking powder
2/3 c oat flour
1/2 c raw pecans (chopped)
1/4 c dairy-free chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. Add wet ingredients to a bowl and stir to mix. Then add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Transfer batter to a parchment-lined baking dish (8x8) and spread into an even layer using a spoon or rubber spatula. Top with pecans and chocolate chips (optional).
Bake for for 28-32 minutes. Let cool for 30 min.
