TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

Plant-Based, Vegan, Dairy Free
Ingredients
1/2 c old-fashioned oats
1/2 T chia seeds
1 T chocolate protein powder (or raw cacao)
1 T pure maple syrup
3/8 c unsweetened almond milk
1/4 c brewed coffee
1/2 t vanilla extract
pinch of pink salt
1 5oz container of dairy-free vanilla yogurt
1 T dark plant-based chocolate chips
your favorite granola on top (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
Top with the yogurt and chocolate chips when you’re ready to eat. Option to add granola for texture.
