TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c old-fashioned oats

  • 1/2 T chia seeds

  • 1 T chocolate protein powder (or raw cacao)

  • 1 T pure maple syrup

  • 3/8 c unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 c brewed coffee

  • 1/2 t vanilla extract

  • pinch of pink salt

  • 1 5oz container of dairy-free vanilla yogurt

  • 1 T dark plant-based chocolate chips

  • your favorite granola on top (optional)


DIRECTIONS

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.

Top with the yogurt and chocolate chips when you’re ready to eat. Option to add granola for texture.
