HOMEMADE CASHEW BUTTER

Four simple ingredients and all you need is a food processor!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw cashews

  • 2 t organic cold-pressed coconut oil

  • pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • splash of vanilla extract


Directions

Add everything to a food processor and blend for several minutes. Stop to scrape down the sides; continue blending until smooth and creamy.
